Important pricing details: Advertised installed prices apply only to qualifying standard replacements using compatible existing infrastructure, subject to site assessment and written proposal. Any additional work must be quoted and approved separately. Permit requirements, code compliance, and any mandatory testing must still be addressed even if costs are charged separately. Equipment brand is not specified. The proposed 14 SEER rating must be verified against the actual matched system’s SEER2 rating and applicable California energy-code requirements before publication or installation. Furnace efficiency, refrigerant, equipment models and manufacturer warranty eligibility are also subject to final verification. The 10-year parts warranty is subject to manufacturer terms and any registration requirements; labor coverage is 1 year from Urgent AC.
